Beer Soaked Buffalo Wings

Ingredients

1 can (12 oz) beer

3 lbs frozen chicken wing drummettes thawed

2 tsps Creole seasoning

3/4 cups bottled Cayenne Buffalo Wing Sauce

Directions

1. Pour beer into a large shallow dish; add the chicken wings, cover, and marinate overnight or for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.

2. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line two large rimmed baking sheets with aluminum foil; coat the foil with nonstick cooking spray.

3. Drain the wings & season with Creole seasoning. Place on the baking sheets. Bake for 30 minutes: turn the wings over and cook for 25 to 30 more minutes, or until crispy and no pink remains.

4. Place hot wings in large serving bowl. Add the Cayenne Buffalo Wing Sauce and toss until evenly coated. Serve immediately, with blue cheese sauce if desired.
